After seeing where I keep our clean linens, she began stripping and remaking my bed with fresh sheets every time she came. I had stripped the bed myself, placed the used linens in the washer-dryer, and put fresh sheets on the bed to make things a little easier for her. When I came home, the clean linens from the machine had been neatly folded and placed on top. It may seem like a small detail, but it perfectly represents how consistently she takes initiative and goes above and beyond. She is also incredibly kind to me and my children. I feel completely comfortable having her in my home. She is warm, considerate, and genuinely helpful. Even when my baby is crying, she will come find me to make sure I know, despite that obviously not being part of her job.
