Rob Roy is one of Austin’s most prestigious neighborhoods—and the houses that live up to that reputation. Found in the hills west of downtown Austin along Westlake Drive, Rob Roy boasts large estates, oak-tree-canopy lots, and residential privacy you won’t find anywhere else in the city. At Juany Cleaning Service, we know homes like these aren’t easily tackled with a spruce-up or routine cleaning. They require an attention to detail, respect for your home, and teammates you can trust. We provide all of that, and more.

We are locally owned and operated in Austin, TX. We have proudly served Austin families for close to 20 years, growing our business one household at a time—not through aggressive marketing but through word-of-mouth and genuine relationships with the families we work for.

• We’re On-Time Every Time – When you’ve got kids to shuttle around, homework to help with, yard work that can’t wait until tomorrow, your time is precious. You don’t have time to wait around for us to show up at your door. When we schedule a cleaning with you, we arrive. We don’t send last-minute “we won’t make it” messages or give you an hour window. If we say we’ll be there at 9 AM on Tuesday, you’ll see us at 9 AM on Tuesday.
• Meet Our Maids – Ever notice how house cleaners can sometimes move through your home like ghosts? They’re in and out, dust cloth never leaving their side, and you’re unsure if they even knew your kids’ names. Our maids are family. We take the time to learn about your household. What rooms do you spend most of your time in? What surfaces need a little extra love? What are your non-negotiables when it comes to a clean house? Rob Roy houses aren’t cookie cutter—you and your home aren’t either.
• Simple, Flat-Rate Pricing – You’ll never be surprised by your bill. No vague “estimates” or charges we sprung on you after the fact. We give you a flat rate over the phone when you request your quote so you’ll know exactly what to expect.
• The Same High-Quality Clean, Every Time – Whether this is your first time or you’ve been with us for years, our service will never waiver. Ask any Rob Roy homeowner who has hired us for recurring cleaning and we will them…the quality of your first clean is the quality you can expect every time.
• Pet Hair/ Dog Friendly Cleaning – We love animals. Our team is experienced in working with pets—dog hair and beyond. We take the necessary steps to ensure your furry friends are comfortable when we arrive, but also give that extra attention around those favorite spots they like to hang.
• We Work Around YOUR Schedule – Life in Rob Roy is busy—early mornings, commute times, travel, family time. We understand that and will work with you and your schedule. Whether that is a weekday morning before everyone is up, Saturday afternoon, or whenever you need us—we’ll make it work. You shouldn’t have to revolve your entire day around cleaning your Rob Roy home.
• Quiet Cleaning – We clean fast, but we also clean quietly. If you need to take a working lunch while we’re in your home or simply enjoy some alone time on your property, that’s completely okay. We promise we’ll be out of your hair (literally) before you know it!

Our recurring maid service is popular among Rob Roy homeowners for a reason. Life isn’t tidy between weekly cleanings. And neither is your home. From dust bunnies to untidy rooms, debris and dirt love to pile up while you’re busy living your life. Whether you opt for weekly cleaning to keep every corner sparkly, bi-weekly visits to maintain your home, or even monthly maids to really deep clean the house top to bottom, our team will work with you to design a schedule that fits your lifestyle. We clean every part of your Rob Roy home from top to bottom— kitchens and bathrooms to bedrooms and living spaces, we even clean the in-between spaces others might miss.

Need your home freshly cleaned from top to bottom? Look no further than our deep cleaning services. Whether you need a first-time clean before starting a recurring schedule, had a particularly busy season at home (we’re looking at you holidays! ), or just want your home to feel renewed our deep cleaning service is a detailed top-to-bottom clean of your entire home. We’ll work with you to design a plan specific to your home’s needs so we don’t miss a thing.
