I cannot say enough wonderful things about this cleaning service, especially the main cleaning lady who now cares for our home in Georgetown (G10).

I have been using this company for over a year. I first used them at my previous home in Austin and had a very positive experience. When we moved to Georgetown, they were able to find a new team for me and schedule my first cleaning within only two weeks. I was already impressed by the service I received in Austin, but somehow the team they found for me in Georgetown has been even more exceptional, which is truly saying something.

The company itself is extremely reliable. My team comes consistently every week, and on the rare occasion that my usual team has an issue, the company makes sure to send another dependable team in their place. I never have to wonder whether someone will show up or scramble to find alternative help.

My main cleaning lady is especially remarkable. I have had professional cleaners throughout my life, both growing up and as an adult, and I have never known anyone to show this level of initiative, thoughtfulness, and attention to detail.

She does not simply complete the expected cleaning tasks, she notices what needs to be done and takes care of it without being asked. After seeing where I keep our clean linens, she began stripping and remaking my bed with fresh sheets every time she came. I already thought that was above and beyond, but she recently surprised me again. I had stripped the bed myself, placed the used linens in the washer-dryer, and put fresh sheets on the bed to make things a little easier for her. When I came home, the clean linens from the machine had been neatly folded and placed on top. It may seem like a small detail, but it perfectly represents how consistently she takes initiative and goes above and beyond.

She is also incredibly kind to me and my children. I feel completely comfortable having her in my home. She is warm, considerate, and genuinely helpful. Even when my baby is crying, she will come find me to make sure I know, despite that obviously not being part of her job.

This company is dependable, responsive, and committed to making sure its clients are taken care of. My cleaning lady is exceptional, trustworthy, hardworking, and thoughtful.
